Hero membership rates are only available to seniors, active or retired first responders, veterans, firefighters, police officers, and other qualifying service members.

Verification Requirements

Your submitted ID must be:

• Current and valid service ID, veteran ID, or official documentation

• For seniors, any ID is accepted

• Clearly readable and authentic

• From a recognized service organization or government agency

Invalid Submission Policy

If your submitted ID is found to be invalid, expired, or fraudulent, we will automatically charge your payment method the difference between the hero membership price and the standard membership price.
