Make sure the Alta Open app is opened on your phone and has the most recent update

Check that Bluetooth is turnned on and location services are allowed within settings

Log in and out of the app

Is your membership up to date?

Please note, recently renewed/purchased memberships may take up to 15 minutes to process
-
Look for an email from Avigilon for your door access
-
Refresh the page/app by swiping down or closing and reopening the app
-
Check to make sure you are using the email associated with your District 901 Gym account
-
Call and/or email our staff
