Avigilon Alta Open & Tailgating Policy

After signing up and purchasing a membership, you will receive an email from Avigilon Alta Open within approximately 5 minutes. This email contains instructions on how to download the Alta app and set up your door access.

If you do not receive the email within 15 minutes, please do one of the following:

Please note: You must complete this Avigilon Alto Open setup to access the facility.

Tailgating Policy

Tailgating is allowing someone to enter the gym without scanning in. This is strictly prohibited and monitored by security cameras.

Every member must scan in individually, even when arriving in groups.

Tailgating fees (per unauthorized guest):

1st offense: $15
2nd offense: $30
3rd offense: $45 + potential membership cancellation

Help us keep the gym safe and fair for all members by following proper entry procedures.

Membership Cancellation Policy

To cancel your membership, you must provide written notice at least 21 days prior to your renewal date.
