District 901 Gym LLC Terms & Conditions

Welcome to District 901 Gym LLC (“District 901,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern the use of District 901 Gym memberships, facilities, website, mobile application, classes, appointments, services, and related features.
By purchasing a membership or service, creating an account, accessing our facility, or using our website or mobile application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any additional agreements, waivers, policies, or rules applicable to your membership or service.
Memberships & Accounts
Members are responsible for providing accurate and current account information.
Memberships and member accounts are intended for the individual registered to the account and may not be transferred or shared unless specifically authorized by District 901.
Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and access information.
Membership options, pricing, included services, billing frequency, and other applicable conditions are disclosed at the time of enrollment or purchase and may vary depending on the membership selected.
Recurring Billing & Payments
By purchasing a recurring membership, add-on, or service, you authorize District 901 and its payment-processing providers to charge the payment method associated with your account according to the billing frequency and price disclosed at the time of purchase.
Recurring charges will continue until the applicable membership or recurring service is canceled in accordance with District 901's cancellation policy.
Members are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on their account.
Additional purchases, services, classes, personal training, tanning, merchandise, or other items may result in separate charges.
10-Day Membership Cancellation Policy
District 901 requires at least 10 days' notice before a member's next scheduled billing date to cancel a recurring membership and prevent the next payment from being processed.
If a cancellation request is received fewer than 10 days before the member's next scheduled billing date, the upcoming payment may still be processed.
Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically refund or reverse membership charges that were properly processed before the cancellation became effective.
Members remain responsible for charges incurred before the effective cancellation date.
Cancellation requests must be submitted using a cancellation method accepted by District 901. Members are responsible for ensuring their cancellation request has been successfully received.
Any additional cancellation provisions contained in a member's individual membership agreement will also apply.
Membership Changes & Freezes
Requests to freeze, upgrade, downgrade, restart, or otherwise modify a membership are subject to District 901's current policies and the terms applicable to the membership purchased.
Membership changes may affect pricing, billing dates, access, or included services.
A requested change is not considered complete until it has been processed or confirmed by District 901.
Refunds
Membership payments and other purchases are subject to the refund terms disclosed at the time of purchase and any applicable written agreement.
Cancellation of a membership does not automatically entitle the member to a refund of previously processed membership payments.
Prepaid memberships, short-term passes, classes, personal training, tanning, red light therapy, add-ons, merchandise, and other products or services may have separate expiration, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
District 901 Mobile App
The District 901 mobile application may allow members to access or manage certain aspects of their District 901 experience, including:

Viewing membership and account information

Purchasing or managing eligible membership options and add-ons

Booking Studio 901 classes

Scheduling tanning or other eligible services

Viewing appointments and bookings

Exploring personal training options

Receiving facility and account communications

Accessing other District 901 services and features
The availability of individual app features may change over time.
Use of the app does not override District 901's membership agreements, cancellation policies, facility policies, waivers, or other applicable terms.
Studio 901 Classes
Studio 901 classes are subject to availability, capacity, scheduling, instructor availability, and applicable booking requirements.
District 901 may modify class schedules, instructors, class formats, or availability when reasonably necessary.
Certain classes or programs may require additional registration, payment, waivers, or eligibility requirements.
Members and guests are expected to arrive prepared for the class and follow instructor directions and applicable safety rules.
Personal Training
Personal training sessions and packages may be subject to separate pricing, scheduling, expiration, cancellation, and rescheduling policies.
Purchasing a gym membership does not automatically include personal training unless specifically stated as part of the membership or promotion.
Personal trainers may provide exercise instruction and fitness guidance but do not replace licensed medical professionals.
Tanning & Red Light Therapy
Tanning, red light therapy, and related services may require appointments, additional purchases, memberships, add-ons, waivers, or other eligibility requirements.
Users must follow all posted instructions, staff directions, safety requirements, and applicable laws or regulations when using these services.
Tanning users may be required to complete appropriate documentation or acknowledgments before using tanning equipment.
Facility Access
Facility access is provided according to the member's active membership, applicable access privileges, and District 901's current operating schedule.
Staffed hours and member-access hours may differ.
District 901 may temporarily modify or restrict facility access because of holidays, special events, maintenance, equipment issues, emergencies, safety concerns, severe weather, or other operational circumstances.
Temporary changes to facility hours do not automatically modify or cancel a membership.
Unauthorized Access & Tailgating
Members may not provide their account, access credentials, mobile access, or other entry method to another person.
Members may not intentionally allow unauthorized individuals to enter the facility through tailgating or other means.
Each person entering District 901 must have appropriate authorization to access the facility.
Violations may result in suspension or termination of facility access or membership, subject to applicable agreements and law.
Facility Rules & Conduct
Members and guests are expected to treat District 901 staff, instructors, trainers, other members, equipment, and property respectfully.
Users must follow posted facility rules, equipment instructions, staff directions, and reasonable health and safety requirements.
District 901 reserves the right to restrict facility access or take other appropriate action when reasonably necessary to protect members, employees, guests, equipment, property, or facility operations.
Exercise & Assumption of Risk
Physical exercise and participation in fitness activities involve inherent risks.
Members and guests are responsible for determining whether an exercise, class, program, service, or piece of equipment is appropriate for them.
Individuals should seek appropriate medical advice before beginning or substantially changing an exercise program when necessary.
These Terms do not replace any separate waiver, release, informed-consent document, membership agreement, or other agreement required by District 901.
Personal Property
Members and guests are responsible for their personal belongings while using District 901.
Lockers or storage areas provided by District 901 do not constitute a guarantee against theft, loss, or damage.
Any long-term locker rental is subject to the applicable locker-rental terms and payment requirements.
Communications
By providing your contact information, you may receive communications related to your account, membership, payments, bookings, facility access, closures, safety information, classes, appointments, or other District 901 services.
Marketing communications may be sent in accordance with your communication preferences and applicable law.
Where applicable, users may unsubscribe from promotional emails or opt out of promotional SMS messages using the instructions included with those communications.
Third-Party Services
District 901 may use third-party providers for membership management, payment processing, mobile-app functionality, communications, scheduling, website services, and other business functions.
Certain features may therefore also be subject to the applicable third-party provider's terms or privacy practices.
Website & App Availability
District 901 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of its website, mobile application, Bluetooth access technology, booking system, payment system, or other digital services.
Temporary outages, maintenance, software updates, internet connectivity, third-party service interruptions, or technical issues may occasionally affect these services.
Members should contact District 901 if a technical issue prevents them from accessing an important account or membership function.
Intellectual Property
The District 901 Gym name, Studio 901 name, logos, branding, website content, app content, photographs, graphics, promotional materials, and other proprietary materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without authorization except as permitted by law.
Privacy
Use of District 901's website, mobile application, membership systems, and other digital services is also subject to the District 901 Gym LLC Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how District 901 may collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.
Changes to These Terms
District 901 may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes to our services, operations, technology, policies, or legal requirements.
When appropriate, updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
Changes will not eliminate rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
